Liberty House is a circle of support; our focus is on YOU! Our aim is to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve their aspirations and goals using a person-centred approach.
In 2019 Sonia (Parnell)Thompson(Registered Manager) received the prestigious British Empire Medal (BEM). This was given to Sonia who has dedicated her life to the health and social care sector to support vulnerable adults in the community. In addition, Sonia undertakes courses and activities to support young people, giving advice on building self- esteem and inspiring young people to go further.
