Liberty house is a circle of support; our focus is on you. Our aim is to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve their aspirations and goals using a person-centred approach in a warm, friendly and safe environment. We achieve this by listening to individuals with the utmost respect and dignity.

We work with you to develop a tailored care support plan which outlines in detail your individual wants and needs. With the support of our activity co-ordinator and specialist staff at Liberty House, your days will be filled with enjoyable activities and events. We continuously work towards improving our services and facilities and believe in dealing honestly and openly with feedback and complaints. We work to the guidelines of the National Patent Safety Agency 2009 to promote safeguarding to our users.

 

Liberty House is a unique residential support service, providing 24 hours care in a friendly and homely environment. For over 14 years it has provided specialist care and support to adults with learning disabilities. We believe in making a difference in people’s lives, helping them to achieve their aspirations and goals.

We have recently established our own Social Enterprise, “Community Flow”, providing wellbeing activities to the wider community, working in partnership with Midland Mencap and other support services.

 

With extensive experience within the caring professional, the manager of Liberty House prides herself on offering a highly professional care service for people suffering from moderate to severe learning difficulties.
